Why do they offer carside delivery? There is literally no other car in the parking lot but they can't bring my pizza out...I've been here 7 mins and counting... although I'm right outside the front door...no pizza. My grandson is in the car or else I'd get it myself...ugh. #notcomingback

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never been so disrespected like I did tonight cause they want to be lazy and not work dominoes if this how yall treat yall customers I will never spen a dime of my hard earned money there again and Zachary and Adam and your night manager hangs up in customers face while trying to find out why your order is being canceled.

On 1-6-22 we ordered a pepperoni pizza. Cheese pizza and a chicken carbonara pasta bowl with no chicken. We asked for contactless delivery and asked the delivery driver Michael to text us as soon as he dropped off our order. He never texted us. After a while we looked outside and seem our order by our door. By the time we seen it was there the pizzas were not hot anymore but kinda Luke warm. Had to put in the microwave a few seconds to warm it up more. We don't understand why Michael did not text us to let us know our food was here like we requested. Also there were a couple pieces of chicken in the pasta bowl after we requested no chicken. We normally have a good experience with dominos but for some reason a couple of requests this time were not met. Sorry but very disappointed. Will be ordering from another pizza facility next time.

I ordered a pizza, some wings, and ordered a side of ranch. I did not receive the ranch, which for some people (like me) is an essential. I did not want to make a big deal to make it easier on the driver, but the thing that did make me frustrated is when I called the store to ask for a refund (because I am not paying for something I never received) and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I do realize that places are understaffed right now due to COVID and things might slip from an order, but this has happened plenty of times. SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT FOR DELIVERY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!
