I don’t who the owners are but a couple claiming to be the owners came in there around 8:50 last night and immediately started bullying a man who had a large load washing. An “Eddie” was threatening the man to close the store when he wanted to close it which was 10 minutes to 10 and not the 10pm that is posted. After that confrontation, the customer seemed pretty shooken up so I offered him a bottle of water. He was in the middle of thanking me when the lady who claimed to be the owner told him to drop it already and told me to stop running my mouth. Let’s just say, the rest of the time while I finished folding was the most uncomfortable time I have experienced recently. I’ve been going there weekly, for years!! spending $20-$40 a visit and this couple were a couple of bullies who have just made the place lose a customer or two.

Had a bulky item that needed emergency washing that my home machines couldn't handle, and this was the closest place that was open late enough to do the job. After 8:30 pm on a Monday night it was pretty quiet, only a few people. Change machines worked smoothly, prices were reasonable, especially for the heavy duty washer I needed, and the owners were on site and very friendly. The machines are pretty dated but worked quickly and cleaned very well. The heavy duty washer finished in around thirty minutes and the dryer had it bone dry within fifteen minutes. It should be noted that several machines were out of order, which wasn't a problem for me since it was nearly empty, but could be an issue during busy hours as the place isn't very large. I haven't needed a washateria for a long time, but this will be my go-to for bulky items that need a fast deep clean.
