Very dog friendly and it is mostly geared towards older people. That said, the people there are friendly with all people
Rent is $920 for 6 months (best way to pay. Someone always has something for sale. Mine will be for sale within the month.
Cable is included here at 88 shades along with free wifi to park guests and a mailbox too.

Yes there are nightly spots. Office is closed right now. The office opens at 9am. There maybe instructions at the office for after hour check ins.
We are in spot 43. Lots of amenities but book early. Mid January is the busiest time.
