Not everyone knows that insurance checks have to be verified before cashed and not every currency exchange goes by that policy. If that is the business policy, they need to train their employees to stop customers from signing their checks before the check cashier knows what type of check it is, especially in the evening. I just experienced this and wasn't able to cash my check.

This place is the worst , employees do not want to do the job they were hired to do . Kathy is super rude and doesn’t want to help paying customers , called local currency exchanges to see if I could look up my plates to pay for new ones and Kathy was trying to charge me $10 to look up my information . This place really needs to hire new employees . I would love to be contacted by a manager so I can discuss this situation further .

They don't have notary service there. I have been to the one on Belmont and Cumberland for notary. Not sure if there is one closer.
