This place is filthy, the decor is dated and also dirty. The carpet desperately needs shampooing and the supposed white curtains are gray with dirt. The bathrooms and kitchen smelled horrible. I mean the toilets had not even been flushed, garbage cans were full and the floors still had food on them from the night before! We had to buy air fresheners for the bathrooms! We were given access to the place 3 hours early to set up but had to rush and do so in 1 hour to make space for the 1 staff member who was there to half clean the space with liquor on his breath and an attitude. Nearly everyone I spoke to seemed to be upset that we were asking that the place be cleaned including George. Finally Eli came during our scheduled event and kindly cleaned a bit more… but our guests were already there so he literally vacuumed around our guests. The requests to clean started at 11am when we should have been setting up. We did not get it half way cleaned until Eli came and it still was not up to par. Our decorator went above and beyond in effort to mask the filth of the curtains! We had to request and come in person to get our deposit back and George was upset and yelled at us in anger- especially because we asked to be compensated for the inconvenience! Do not book here! Eli is their saving grace and he alone is not enough!!! Some of the pictures I took the day of are attached to this review

All of our packages are based off of a 5 hour event window. Even if you only need 3 hours, you'd be charged the standard rate. Please refer to the price list on the website.
Tina, You're funny. We do have additional charges associated with the total number of children at the event, and we have a kids room with toys and a flat screen, but at no point are children "trapped in some room" and can't "come to venue" (they are at the venue already, how would they not "come to venue"?). 10 children (ages 2-12) are included in the pricing and after 10 children, the packages are $200 for an additional ten children (20 total) and $300 for 20-30 children (30 children is our max).
Depends if you want it during the week or weekend! They have different prices! Food or no food......and so on!
