Wouldn't recommend this service -- we spent $150 on a cleaning to come home to a dirty apartment. The faucets had not been properly wiped down (there was still toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom) and there was dirt in the shower. There was dust on surfaces -- bookshelves, the coffee table, etc. Part of the issue was likely that the cleaner arrived without supplies -- our neighbor who let them in noted she arrived empty handed. Part of the reason we booked MyClean service is because the company advertised that cleaners come with their own materials (we'd been traveling and our apartment was not properly stocked).

Pathetic cleaning and bad attitude!!! Last moment cancellation !! Not trustworthy!! Unprofessional and horrible in doing their job. After Covid they don’t have many cleaners now. Very careless and bad attitude they broke my coffee maker by dropping it on the floor. They will not even do the cleaning that mentioned in the basic checklist. Before Covid they were still fine.
