The cleanliness, the quality of products, organization online and easy returns. Best big department store with great customer service that most don't have.

The cosmetic/beauty section is never fully stocked or zoned properly. I asked a team member where something was in that area, and she said, "I don't know," and turned around and got right back to work. Super disappointing. Overall, the instocks are not great and the cleanliness of the store is poor. The RTW area is also a joke. Please hire more people and train them properly. I have been to this location 3+ times now that I've moved to the area and decided to finally write a review. Each time I've been, I've not seen a team member on the floor. They seem greatly understaffed which is affecting their sales. No team members > an understocked floor > no upkeep > unclean areas > disgruntled customers.

This store does not accept WIC, they happen to be fully stocked with all formula. They also are not knowledgeable about which stores do accept it.

I believe you can sign up in store and they will ship it to you.
They are good; they have automatic doors for entering and exiting, they require (and put up signs outside) that you wear your mask, they have markers (6ft apart) on the ground near the checkout lines and each pay station utilizes contactless payment modes. But if you don't want to be inside the store, you can order online (or via the app) and have your items delivered to your trunk in the designated parking spots without having to touch anything (like the fridge door handle to get milk) or come in contact with anyone and you can sanitize your bag(s) and receipt when you get home. I see the staff occasionally wipe down surfaces. I don't know if they have a maximum occupancy number that's enforced or if a mask is given to each person that tries to enter without one. I also don't know if they close the store for the day and kick everyone out if multiple people are seen not wearing a mask (after entering with one) - a Walmart store did this a few months ago while I was shopping there.
Are you referring to the "Houston Chronicle"? if so Dollar tree for the Win!
