They like charge own rates . Some driver don't go by sign it's post on dash . They call on phone most time . They smoke in car with customers in car. It's take they 30 min to one hour when u call they. Some driver is hatefully I'm wish they other taxia service in town.i they like talk or tx on phone when drivingI.should call city on them see they got them taxia lic

Very rude driver didn't help us put our luggage in the trunk. I fell the driver and another passenger laugh at me when I fell. The car had dirt and dog hair on the floor. Also the seats had dog hair. We paid $140 to go to Tulsa Airport. We were picked up 4/26/2022 North 14th street 10:50 am.. I don't have any reason to lie that I was picked up by your driver she had a white car. Also my parents video camera has proof your driver picked me up and didn't helped with the luggage. Also we were not told that their was going to be another passenger in the vehicle with us who was going to get dropped off. Please make sure your driver gets her seat belt replaced on the back right passenger seat she doesn't have one.

I was told that it would be 15 dollars for my dog and I to ride from York street to Motel 6 on 32nd street. I said fine, here's 20. Then it went to 23 dollars and, after that 26 dollars. Will never use their service, nor recommend them to anyone. Just trying to milk vulnerable people out of desperation. Never again!
