This company IS AMAZING!!!!! I had a corroded battery and was shopping for roadside assistance. Most of the people at the companies I called were rude, nasty, and unresponsive. The ones that could give me an estimate I felt were unreasonably priced. Then I called Towing Recovery and spoke with Mike on the phone, who was super nice and understanding. I also loved the process of being able to text them details and other information to make the process go smoother. A man named Cory came to replace my battery, who was super nice and literally took a maximum of 10 minutes to replace the battery. He ran my card and we were both on our way. The whole process from start until finish was SEAMLESS, and not to mention WAYYYYY CHEAPER than the other shady tows/roadside assistance companies in the area. I highly recommend this company for roadside assistance. They even have a repair shop as well in Naperville, so go get your car fixed by them, too!!
