Couple of years back, I took a wrist watch there to resize the band. First off, they were not nice to me. Secondly, I was told that they would charge me $30 per link of adjustments. How do you explain that type of charges? You adjust the link by sizing the wearer’s wrist and remove the appropriate links at once. No one adjust the band by removing one link at time. We didn’t end up adjusting there obviously. Shady as best. Stay away.

Outrageous reconditioning costs

I've taken two different clocks at different times to this location for repair and both times I've gotten the same response. 'the technician is not comfortable working on this clock for they may damage it. They only seem to work on the easy issues. Not sure when and if they work at all.

Super fast with the battery replacement on two watches but the guy was just miserable idk what his issue was. Likely trying another business next time around.
