The food here is just awful go to another primos , they gave me home made steak sauce instead of bbq and claimed it was bbq aswell . Why not just apologize and fix the problem instead of lying. And if that is your bbq sauce that's a testimony to how awful your food is . You lost a customer.

Waited a long time to order because it was crowded so that's understandable. I ordered a breakfast burrito and the hash browns were literally burnt and hard. Not even edible. As a chef you should never serve burnt food to a customer. I would've rather waited longer for it to be prepared properly. I've gotten food here plenty of times and enjoyed the food. Maybe this was a bad day.
