1st time using BMC. Went to pick up doors that we had assumed would have been ready last week. Like many building supply companies, it’s difficult to make contact by phone. Showed up today to find out the doors have been in stock but not placed in to production. The gentleman I spoke with today for the first time named Andres was very polite and I feel that he genuinely cared and wanted to help but was limited of control. I wish I would have spoken with him the first time before another rep rushed us in to complete order before she left town on a trip. Came in right away and she left with out putting the doors in production so they have just been sitting there. Fingers are crossed and hope that I can add stars to this review on behalf of Andrés and his efforts to make this right and get me back on schedule to avoid very costly delays. At this time Andres gets 5 starts Bmc gets 0 stars unless they can turn this around

They won't answer the phone most of the time , then when they do, they'll tell you they have something that when you get there they don't really have. Then deny they told you and when you call back to make sure you called the right place they won't answer because they know it's you. I've done alot of business and spent alot of money at this location. I wont ever go back Shop elsewhere, atleast then you won't be wasting your time.
