Always friendly and fast. What more can you ask for. As I continue to shop curbside the wonderful service hasn't changed. I just figured that somewhere along the line there's bound to be some turnovers and service will change. But I'm so glad that I still get great service with kind employees, and I've continued to see alot of the same employees there, which means it must be a good place to work. On the rare occasion I've had to call them with an issue they take good care of me and don't make me feel like I'm a burden and wasting their time. The issue is taken care of smoothly and quickly. So it's worth my time to do curbside and not a burden on me at all. Thank you HEB!

For curbside, they are all wearing masks, and you need to open your window only to verify it is indeed you picking up your order; no need to sign anything or show an ID. Either you from the driver's seat or they on the outside will open the door to the part of your car where you want your groceries, and then they will close it. For delivery, the driver wears a mask and leaves everything on your porch. Again, no need to sign anything or show ID.
You must give them 4 hours notice from the time you complete your online order and last window to pickup your groceries is 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. I hope that helps you. 😃
