Great staff and easy to work with

The dental assistant Tonya was so nice and worked with my son so well. He is scared of dentists so every trip is an ordeal for us. I gave it three stars because Dr. Taylor should not work with children especially those who are scared. He was loud and rude and talked down to my son making the experience much worse than it needed to be. I had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him off. They also scheduled me at 12 and people take their lunch from 12-12:30 so I didn't get seen till 1.

Receptionist was apprehensive about my income paperwork and could be more people friendly but then dentist Mack Taylor took the time to evaluate my condition. Didn't need a root canal as other dentists had suggested. He spent the time needed to discuss my needs and in my opinion is a great guy. Two thumbs up for him.
