On Tuesday, October 11 there was a white chubby lady working behind the counter. (Helotes location) I went in to buy some of the salsa they sell because my wife loves it! And we have been buying it for over two years. The last I would say 10 times we have bought it sometimes it’s good and now other times it taste a little sour. I went in to purchase one and when I opened the top up to see if it was under pressure (Because that’s how you know it’s going bad) It exploded all over my shirt, floor, and counter. As I am talking to the lady and explaining on how you know they’re going bad or not. She could really care less. After saying I was sorry about the mess but I was just looking for one not under pressure. She seemed very frustrated and didn’t apologize once for the mess on my shirt or wanted to help me out in anyway. I felt like I was bothering her. At her job!! There was a gentleman who came out to help me and cleaned up the mess. We love this meat market and customer service is usually OK. But this lady was really rude today and really didn’t give two craps about what happened to me and what I had to say. SO RUDE!! Also there was nobody else in the store so she wasn’t busy she just didn’t want to deal with the complaint.

Nice location, just a bit busy. Good selection and customer service was good. They had all the meats pre-packaged though so but headed to tell the striations in the meat. Smelled good. A few selections of local goods and extras if you’re in a hurry for dinner.

They did for me last year was great. Chili pequin and cheddar sausage are excellent. I use the one up bandera rd.
Not sure that they process there at this location. I know the old one at PR37 did. Best to call them I'm sure they are reasonable.
It depends, they sell Ayakushi beef and I'm probably not spelling that right. That is basically the equal to Kobe beef but it's bred here in Texas. That can be kind of expensive. Your best bet is just go in and see, guaranteed you'll find something you like their selection is amazing
