Nice venue, nice selection, mediocre customer service. It just cost me a $3 service fee to use my card to buy $55 worth of edibles. Surprise! Oh, you didnt bring cash? No problem just use the ATM over there. Yeah, we'll gouge you there too. Poor business practice.

Before I walk into the store there's a lady in the handicap parking that asked me to go inside and inform the receptionist that she's here for pickup and that she can't walk out of her car I go inside Midway into explaining the situation the reception cuts me off asks me for my ID or else I can't go to the next room and buy product I tried two more times he still cuts me off I then try to quickly explain that there's a handicap lady outside and she can't get in here because she can't walk, he says but give me your Id, okay thank you, I go into the shop I look around I go to two different dispensaries I drive back and the lady is still in her car they never went outside I go in again and asked him calmly if there's a rule that disallows you from walking out of the store and providing her the order he looks at me and says "I could find out for you" (I tell him with a bit more aggression that there's a lady that's been outside for 30 minutes, and that she's already within that 30 minutes attempted to get into her walker sit down and slowly edge closer to the entrance even before I arrived she had been there much longer trying to get hold of them through their phone but they don't answer, the shop was empty, only employees, If you would have seen this you would've teared up I wanted to fight everybody in there) I reiterated that I had told him this half an hour ago, he then says all right I'll go ahead and give it to her, still does nothing she makes it all the way to the front desk and then to the other room I normally don't single out employees because everyone's trying to get by, but this is some evil s*** this was June 2nd from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. he's a little taller he has black glasses on and he's kind of skinny compared to the other people there and Hispanic this dude has no humanity

Been coming here since bud and bloom, after they changed the name to farmacy, this place as gone down hill, the prices are more expensive than other bud shop and the customer service is horrible, especially from the manager. I’ve been coming here since it was bud and bloom and have spent thousands of dollars here. so I’ve accumulated a lot of rewards points, over1500 points. Out of no where they decided that the rewards points has an expiration date with out informing any of its customers. At first you had to spend at the shop within 90 days to keeps the points. Ok No problem, I’ll do that, but Now they say you have to USE your points within certain amount of days before it expires. What the heck, no one told me about this. So I came in to pick up some product and use my points and they tell me my points are expired. Said I haven’t used my points in 6 months. What I was just here 2 months ago and used it to purchase products, plus No one told me about it. Wow, poor customer service by the manager, wasn’t willing to help customer. Basically said too bad, can’t do anything about it and gave me an attitude . Greedy business that don’t care About its customers except for your money. Oh yeah their house brand, glass is trash. You’ll be wAsting your money on cheap bunk herbs. I will never come back to farmacy ever in my life. The only reason why I still went to farmacy was due to the fact I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and accumulated a lot of rewards points. And just like that they threw all my reward points away . There are so many bud shops in oc with better price, service and reward system Trust me, don’t come
