Has to be some of the worse customer service ever. Only 2 clerks able to help with the Manager just greeting people and let them know they will have to wait. Why the manager can not check people out as well is beyond me. Not a great experience. Avoid this store if you hope to not have to wait for an hour.

Great customer service. Jezzly went above and beyond. He found me a better plan, helped with insurance claim and new Internet service. It was the complete opposite of Alameda store where I felt like an inconvenience. Ask for Jezzly.
