TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 👏Beautiful and clean environment. My wife Mabel went in for a nose piercing. She was a little nervous at first but the staff and the environment helped eased her down. The wait time was minimal despite having other customers around. The piecer (Mingo) was really friendly and very confident with his work. The piercing was done before we knew it. Unfortunately they had put the wrong jewelry on her. She only found out when she got home. She called the store and they referred her back down. She went back down the next day in hopes that something could be done. Even though the staff was different, they were quick to resolve her issue and had no qualms about it. They offered her a change when she recovers in a couple of weeks. And they had nothing but apologies. They had actually over charged her and we had to settle that issue as well. But the owner Mr Nah, was so communicative with everything. Explaining every detail of the refunds to us and he even gave us a discount for our next visit for all the inconveniences. This place definitely prides themselves with being customer orientated. 6 stars if I could! Thank you!!!

Great experience here. I walked in and was out in an hour. I got a small hand tattoo. The artist was great. Very clean line work. This place was clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. I would definitely go back.

Yes, you will need to fill out a minor affidavit and bring two IDs. One for the minor and one for the parent/guardian.

A septum piercing will run you $40. All piercings come with standard jewelry included in the price, upgraded jewelry is available for some piercings. If you bring in your own jewelry, we will need to see the jewelry to ensure that we can use it.

it would have to be surgical stainless steel, 14k Gold, or Titanium. We ask that you bring in the jewelry so it can be sterilized. That'll take about 2 hours to get done, also if you could bring in the receipt as well. We'd greatly appreciate that! :)

I don't know what their specific policies are for age related piercings (some companies have them) but as far as I know, as long as you have a parent or guardian with you, I don't see it being a problem. You can always call and ask to get verification
