The night was going great until we met Nathania. Her poor customer service skills has left us speechless. We got through the hostile tone we were met with in the drive thru, but it was the constant, "Is that it? IS THAT ALL? WHAT ELSE?" that caused us to stop and look at each other in disbelief just to confirm that neither of us were crazy. Was this woman really trying our patience in a place of respite? We took a breath and regained our composure and continued. It was when my sister asked for loaded fries when we then realized that there was a problem... Nathania responded with, "What do you consider loaded fries? If you look at the board you can see all our items..." Almost as if to berate my starving sister. Again we paused, and took yet another breath. When we got to the window we got our drinks with a million straws and spoons and she told us to move up by the red bars to wait for our food. For some reason we received the drinks at the window but could only receive the Frosty by the red bars. As we received our bags everything was fine until we saw we received just one sauce for each bag. So we backed up to the window and got no answer so we went around to the drive thru again and politely asked for some more sauce only to meet again with Nathania as she reluctantly and condescendingly explained to us that she packed our bags herself and that she remembers putting the sauce in there. We had to clarify and say that we thought it was two sauces per meal and all we wanted were two extra sauces. She charged us $0.68 and gave us a receipt with a side of attitude... Again. We were fed up, but that wasn't the end of it. On the journey home we noticed we didn't receive a single fork after ordering several loaded fries. The receipt for the sauces also stated cheese sauce almost as if she couldn't write us a receipt for the original sauces we wanted. As if that wasn't enough, my poor sister and famished daughter both ordered chicken blts only to receive sandwiches with beef patties. Why the hostility? What is the reason for all of this buffoonery, we asked for a simple meal. Is it because we look a certain way? Do we exude some sort of energy that caused Nathania to act in this manner? I can only continue to drive home and hope that not all Wendys are the same. Maybe next time... If there will even be one.

This is the worst place I've been to . I stop by once every month or two from fishing. They don't have nothing you want last time the only thing there were selling were little cheeseburgers.

I wish I could give 0 stars Employee looked at us and went back to looking at his phone. Stood there for a few minutes and didn’t even come to serve us. Just walked out Horrible service
