Not able to recommend this particular store. Repeatedly given incorrect lenses. The service is not good - period. Lacked customer training and offered no effort to help this situation. No concern or offers of how they could make things right. Not returning

Had a very bad experience with this shop. I bought a pair of eyeglasses and found the lenses did not fit the frame properly…these lenses were rattling in the frame. The sales person was trying to convince me that the glasses were perfect and nothing wrong with the eyewear and little rattle is just fine.. After the lot of back and forth they agreed to fix the issue…two month later I am still waiting to get my pair back. Will never buy from this store. The manager or the owner never even attempted to come speak with me to ask me about my issue. Very poorly managed outfit for a nice community like Alamo Heights.

Everyone expects delays during these pandemic days - warranted or not - but I was told my lenses would be ready in two weeks and they were ready in one. Thank you for your always incredible customer service.
