I used to love Stater Brothers, downgraded to a like. But I absolutely do not like the new layout that they have. They move things all around the store It's difficult to find things as they're not together with like items. No idea why they changed the store design It's hard to find things. A lot of classic products they also got rid of, like felnapha which is a cheap laundry detergent soap bar. I believe they advertise their butcher is supposed to be top-notch, but when I asked the meat department just basic questions on cuts and where it comes from and such and many times they don't know anything. Possibly it's a younger crowd who doesn't care. I'm glad that their prices still are fairly decent compared to others.

This place is slowly doing downhill. Baggers do not know how to bag properly. Things have spilt and been damaged in my bags. They also hang out and have full side conversations with each other while checking you out. Never even acknowledging you the whole time. Totally inappropriate. Once heard a young girl bagger gawking a confused homeless man wandering the store. She was getting entertaiment out of his suffering and kept taking steps away to "watch the drama." and laughing at the situation. Another time 3 teen baggers were all hanging out talking while checking me out. The girl bagger kept cussing. Amongst other foul language, she said the F word 4 times. I finally said something, the 2 boy baggers literally ran away and the girl just said, "oh yea that's just how I talk." The clerk was just embarrassed and seemed uncomfortable with the whole situation. Not handled properly at all.

The store is nice. Friendly helpful customer service. I only gave a 3 cause even though it might get boring scanning item after item I don't wanna here workplace gossip or who's doing what & when. Socializing is great but there is a time & place.

Again these guys took great care of me. I’m a truck driver from Ohio, and I’m out from home two weeks at a time. I don’t eat fast food, so I find grocery stores to visit in the cities I’m in. I visited this store two weeks ago, and was very happy with my shopping experience. This time, I called in the night before and ordered all my food in advance. The girl on the phone was very very nice to me, and she said my food would be ready for pickup at noon the next day. Like she said, my food was ready at noon, and the girls at the counter was really nice. I then got the rest of my supplies and went on my way. I have the delicious food in my cooler and I’ll be eating on it all week as I drive back to Ohio. My humble opinion, Stator Brothers Market is great! And I love all the people I’ve met so far. I even stopped next door at Family Discount and bought a hat that said LA on it. I give this little shopping center 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
