Domino's Pizza

Ordered two large pizzas, one was a hand tossed pizza and one was a thin crust pizza. The large hand tossed pizza looked like a medium sized pizza in a large box and almost every slice had giant bubbles. I understand that bubbles usually occur with hand tossed pizza but this was kinda ridiculous, almost every slice had a bubble the size of a fist. The thin crust pizza was great, no complaints with the thin crust. Would not recommend ordering a hand tossed pizza from this particular location.

I placed my order online and there was no option to add additional vegetables or additional Alfredo sauce to my pasta prima Vera. I immediately hit the button in order to call the store a young lady answered the phone and then placed me a hold when she came back to the phone I asked her name she told me her name and said that my food was already ready it had only been 2 or 3 minutes maybe. I stated that I wouldn't like additional vegetables in additional Alfredo she at by Alfredo she advised me that it was gonna be double the cost of the item itself which was $6. Then she proceed to say that she would need to get her manager because it was time for her to clock out. The manager came on the phone I asked her name as she said I'm the manager. I then said so the manager doesn't have a name. I said ,so the manager doesn't have a name? She then told me that my food was already done I explained to her that I did not want to do business with a company that was acting in this manner and that she could cancel my order she proceeded to tell me That she would remove my phone number from the customer list and I would never be able to order from her store again. That was fine in my book. From the management on down, those experience was awful and I didn't want my food prepared by such unpleasant people. I hope the find another profession that puts them in a happier place.

RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I was told my food would be delivered in 45mins-1hr which worked out with my job. However they arrived much earlier and normally I would be happy with that, but due to my job I wasn’t able to pick up. When I called to explain, the driver and manager had terrible attitudes. Both consistently hanging up the phone on me. I kept expressing that I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone and would rather receive a refund. Manager refused and said she’s already sent her driver back out and I would be prohibited from ordering at this location ever again if I wanted a refund. When driver arrived, my pizza was cold and again I had to deal with his terrible attitude and rude remarks. After discussing my incident with coworkers, I discovered they had similar problems with the same driver and he is always rude.

This Domino's absolutely delivers on great tasting, quality big box pizza. Everything was perfectly cooked, the staff were very friendly and appeared to be having a great time making great pizza. Probably the best food option after 10pm that isn't a bar.
