I wouldn’t encourage anyone to come to this emergency room . It’s been the worse experience for me and they don’t even care to help . The wait here is ridiculous . My pain is at an 8 and Ive also been throwing up and they still haven’t given me and medication or anything to help me. They just keep saying I have to wait on the flow of the department oh and I almost forgot I’m expecting and they still don’t care .

I took my wife to the emergency room and one of the female nurses treated my wife in a very disrespectfull and arrogant way. This nurse kept making false assumptions about my wife's health condition and kept calling my wife a liar. I think this kind of unprofessionalism should not be allowed. People go there because they are sick or injured, not because they want to be mistreated. Oh, almost forgot, my wife was discharged five minutes after having a seizure and she was not given any medication at all.

I've been a patient at kaiser for 8 months and also a frequent visitor to the er. I want to give Dr Pillsbury much gratitude and respect. He has compassion and actually cares about your well being It's so important to have that when you have a chronic illness and most Dr's. I've experienced there have treated like a basket case and never really tried to help with my very complicated illness. So I just want to say Thank you Dr Pillsbury you are a real gem of a dr.

Why can't I dial the hospital to reach my husband. I even tried the ER, and NOBODY answers.
