I had a not so good first time experience. Appointment was for 5pm. In their system it was for 7pm. Checked back in at 645pm. I was informed at my order has not been picked but they did give me a door to sit in. You have to disconnect and sit in front of the trailer. There's no room in the lot for early arrivals. Park in the center lane out of the way from all the entrances and exits of these shippers and receivers. I didn't get out of this shipper till 3am. I was over loaded on my drives by 1600 lbs. The closest working cat scale is 43 miles from this shipper. Had to go back and get reworked 2 times. Didn't get out of there till 9am. What a nightmare. Avoid this place if you're picking up a load over 40,000 lbs and have a refer unit. Drive safe drivers!!

Worst place for pickup. Very rude and unprofessional. Got door 11.00 AM left 5.00 PM. they completely loaded my trailer 2.00 pm. I was keep checking shipping lady, I was told wait in truck we call you. 3.45 pm I went office again and my BOL was on table under other paper work. She said let me ready your paper work and I call you. 4.35 pm guy came and told me they loaded wrong stuff so they have to unload and load right load. What a shame. This place is a joke not a warehouse. I think management is very bad

Yea well let me join the crowd. Everyone is not lying, this place is horrible! Avoid taking or picking up a load from there if you see this, trust me! I wouldn't waste my time to write this ish if it wasn't that horrendous!

Teryble place. Super slow place to unloading truck .ALWAYS BEHIND APPOINTMENT!!! 6-8 h for unloading
