Horrible experience. In this Location they was a group of girls it was 5 of them age 15 to 16 Trying to look for trouble with my 10 year old girl. Telling her that she was going to get a beat because she was looking at her. Where are those kids parents. Most of those people just Drop off their kids they’re like it’s at daycare. So there not supervise or Control. Never coming again to this place.🤬😡

We’ve been coming to Urban Air in Buford for a few months now. The staff has always been amazing and the park is always very clean and organized. Today, Malik went above and beyond to help us out to switch from a regular visit to a monthly membership and issue us a refund. I highly recommend Urban Air in Buford.
