A predatory business scheme that is only legal due to semantics regarding interest and fees, and overly broad substantive language defining "loans" and "cash advances." The exorbitant fees are designed specifically to create a neverending cycle of debt for the consumer, and a neverending flow of fees to the predator. Demographics conclude that the majority of people who resort to "payday loans" or "cash advances" are both destitute and impoverisheid, relying on this predatory scheme out of sheer desperation.

I only had a 3 day check! I was in need of some cash to get me through till I got paid again. I had called a few places. Just to be put on hold or told to leave my number then the next available agent would call me back. (It’s been over 24 hours the other place still hasn’t called) I could remember seeing the building one day while I was in town. So I looked the number up. I actually got a person on the phone. She was very helpful. I had 1 hour before I had to be at work. I explained this to the lady on the phone. She said no problem. Shouldn’t take 10 min. I gave her my info on the phone.
