Terrible management. Not military friendly, doesn’t honor verbal agreements, and does not provide adequate services to Clientele. Does not honor office hours or answer phones, so it’s impossible to get in contact. By luck of the draw you MIGHT run into them, but don’t count on it. Apartments are poorly constructed. You can hear/smell everything from your neighbors.

For the last few months I have had the pleasure of living here. I have personal issues I'm dealing with and I think it's great. Nobody bothers me. It's never loud. And the Mgr is gorgeous.great place to try and get better

Having been on a waiting list for Heritage Park Apartments (assisted living) for over a year I can gladly say that it was worth the wait I have lived in the Bothell area for over 10 years and stayed in two prior apartments ( one was turned into student housing ) before making the jump to Heritage. This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to the grocers, druggist and restaurants. The grounds are large cleanly kept and immaculate. The groundskeepers and maintenance are efficient and courteous other than a slight case of overcrowding in an already large laundry-room I am very impressed. More so, the true joy of living here is the sense of community and the family's that reside here. It is not uncommon to here children playing outside safely and till dusk, or gathered at the picnic table in the large park and playground in back of me. Ive read most of the reviews and can say that after nearly 2 years of residency I have very few complaints and much praise for the staff (office) and crew (maintenance, landscapers) here. My neighbors are quite and courteous and save for the occasional weekend you'll rarely here any noise or encounter anyone outside past 10pm. I've seen and talked to others who keep pets ( previous tenant next to me had a seeing eye dog ) and most if not all are responsible owners that clean up after them. Never seen any animal waste (and Ive been here 2 years) to worry about. No problems with pet noise. Everyone does a good job of keeping them leashed so you don't have to worry about them running up at you or family. The last residence I moved from the problem for most was parking. Fortunately that is also not the case here. Also I am relieved that most drivers in and around property do not speed and keep an eye out for others. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower are excellent. Utilities and fixtures were all new if not refurbished. Either way its pristine and save for a grill replacement on my stovetop after moving in I have had nothing break down or get run down still after almost two years. Also they are renovating a large portion of apartments for new heating and air. The work-pace to do so has been time consuming but never an inconvenience or intrusion. It also helps that there are lots of trees ( also well kept, I am happy that if they find one that's long in the tooth they don't hesitate to take it out) and so there is alot of shade here in the back. The garbage area is well kept daily so I rarely have to worry about an overflow or recyclables stacking up. In closing I would like to thank the owner and staff of Heritage Park for providing a safe quiet space where not only people like myself could live in peace and comfort but also watch others around me flourish and enjoy. Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed. The grounds are lovely and the staff are immensely helpful to myself and my family. In the 20+ years Ive spent being a renter or leaser on four different properties in two states I never imagined finding a place that I would be so happy settling in. I am very glad to have found this place. It was worth the wait.

We've been here for about 2 years and it's been pretty good. Being on the bottom floor is a pain during the winter with the mold growing but it's Washington so what can you do really. Chris in the office is really nice and helpful. The only downsides are the thin walls, you can hear everything going on above/next to you. Also people let their cats run around outside and having an indoor cat myself, they like to come up to our windows and rip up our screens to try to fight with our cat. A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs, even though they put up 3+ posts with dog bags and trash cans for the renters. It's a pretty quiet complex with some really nice people. Free utilities including electric is fantastic, especially when you live on the bottom floor which is semi underground. It gets pretty cold in the winter, but plus side, it stays cool in the summer. Aside from the thin walls, most of the complaints I have are due to other renters actions, which you really can't do much about. The apartment staff is great and I wouldn't mind staying here for another couple years.
