A trip to New York by the owners would be helpful. Maybe order a bagel with some home made unprocessed cheeses. Ever heard of sliced fresh smoked salmon? Whitefish salad? Bagels were stale and maybe the packaged xheese should be without Xanrhan gum. maybe as an alternative you should try antifreeze (ethylene glycol)

I ordered a brisket sandwich many times from this store and it was great but today they didn’t put enough brisket on my bread and it was mostly bread and egg. If I wanted an egg sandwich that’s what I would have ordered a egg sandwich. Then they have the sandwich wrapped so tightly you can’t see how much meat is on your sandwich until you get home or work to sit down and eat it. I’m just not happy with the service today!

If you are allergic to nuts don't order the apple crisp bagels. Despite asking 2 clerks who both said no. They are covered in walnuts.

Most processing plants that make bulk foods like breads ,Bagels ,pizza crust ,different Dough's, cake batters and flour, use the very same assembly line to prepare other Foods as well. That's why most boxes or anything you consume rather has a label that says his product may contain soy and egg products. Or it will have a label saying something along the lines of " the factory where this product was made also makes products that contain peanuts or nuts and soy" so even if the food you're eating does not contain any of these ingredients it was made on the same table as the very ingredients you are allergic to. The only real way to be safe is if you buy locally from somebody that owns only makes one thing and then you buy something else from somebody that makes only one thing and so on.
