I'm supposed to notify the Health Department that my son has covid, but they don't answer the phone. I guess they expect me to come in and expose everyone to covid so I can report the positive. I have called 5 times during their listed business hours. Typical government uselessness.

Yes, they offer many birth control options and it's typically free to you without insurance. If there is a cost they do have a sliding fee chart that bases the percentage you pay on your income. I can personally tell you that they are also VERY willing to work with you on paying if you have to pay at all
