Should provide the rapid Covid test. Not the mail in which takes at least 2 -3 days. You can lose the 5 day window trying to get a physician to proscribe an oral med instead of IV meds.

call the health dept number. im uninsured and go to them just got gyno n reg Dr u have to call and ask about it but I literally can't ever get thru. just keep calling and keep calling til u get a person
They transfer you to operator who does not answer. I realize they are busy but I have been trying all week for someone to answer the phone to get an appointment for an 87 year old. Can I go into the health department and set one up

I sent off to North Carolina for mine got it within a week and paid $15. I'm sure they could help you get the number you need to to call or email address but it's fairly simple. All they ask is for info on parents, hospital born at, town things he should know then pay and get.

If you are in the city contact the police. If you are in the county call the sheriff's dept. If the building is also structurally compromised may call the local fire department
