I went to the store after a year or so and I was extremely disappointed. The lady at the service counter was beyond rude, and insensitive. She responded to my queries on product with stern face and just pointing to the items. After a while, she came out of nowhere and unpromptedly told.me we don't take EBT card. Where that come from? I was still doing shopping and didn't even ask for payment methods. Patel Brothers have lost their customer friendly service I had been used to.
