I came in looking for shapewear literally four days before my wedding, the whole David's Bridal team took time to help me figure out how to better fit the cups in my dress (which I bought from a different company). Delilah from alterations immediately jumped on and did absolute magic and added new cups within 10 minutes, and only charged me for the price of the cups. Now, my dress fits PHENOMENALLY and I'm so relieved. Thank you so much!!!!! I never knew David's bridal would do alterations on non-branded items, but now I'm 100% coming back for all my future alteration needs!

Amber went up and beyond her duties working for David’s Bridal. She assisted me with a return, made all the calls and got things taken care of. It’s nice to see great customer service here in Flint.
