If you can make it up here, you should. If you can't, you should work on getting up here. Staying active is easy if you like the outdoors. Hike this place, bring lots of water and remember to bring sun screen.. there will be little to no shade.

Hi Francesca, This hike is for all levels. There's multiple trails here that all intersect with each other. If you wanted to hike all day here you easily can.

Rattlesnakes. Theoretically mountain lions but I haven't heard of any reports. I've some coyotes now and again but they aren't too brazen.
