Incredibly difficult to even talk to asking trying to call and ask about service options to order with them. They don't want to deal with customers, they don't want to take phone calls - they are very short with you telling you to only come in to look at options and pay and they don't book appointments more than 5-days out and to just call days before you want a service. Very poor customer service, very poor communication skills. If they can't even speak nicely to you on the phone how on earth would they be if I have an issue with the install? I was fine coming in to pay for the install in advance - they just rudely talked through options. I try to ask questions and want to be defensive, literally not helpful before I come out to pay for the install. If you can't speak to a customer with respect why would I use your services now or in the future? Way too many reliable and respectful businesses in the area, I'll go elsewhere.

Yes we do.. we have a few different ones to choose from.
No they don't. But got tint in Fort Wayne does. Both are good places. Great people at D&B for sound quality and everything else. Check'em out.
Be about $85 in labor to install it.. we would like to see the product before scheduling. Certain brands of those are prone to failure.
What type of Chevy? Most take 2-3 hours to install. And prices vary on type of remote start you want Start only. 1500 ft Start keyless 1500 ft Two way start keyless
