I went to get euros and was greeted with the worst customer service. The teller was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at me and as she went to the back to get the euros she said to the other teller “just go to your own bank”. I was incredibly disappointed with the entire interaction.

My wife and I have been customers of Zions Bank for almost 25 years now. Starting from when they had a small office in the Cottonwood Heights Smith's grocery store, we have known 3 different managers, and they have all been wonderful. We have a variety of business and personal accounts, and our banking can be somewhat complicated, but they have always helped us with all our needs. They have really gone the extra mile for us with such diverse things as mortgage refinancing and wiring funds internationally. Zion's is by far the best bank we've ever worked with.

Zions Bank does not update their website to indicate what times their actual operating hours are. They are closed saturdays during COVID times. Their website shows they are open. I have called the customer service to have the website updated. They either say they will update it or that it is out of their control. Zions obviously doesn't want to improve their processes or value a customer's input. I may take my finances elsewhere.
