This place has never failed us. BBQ is awesome. We even bought some sauce to take home, yes, it's that good.

This place seat in an odd corner of the restaurant univers half way in between the good ol' American house meal "like Gran pa or Gran ma's kitchen" and yet the place is modern with a hipster vibe almost like a high end restaurant. As a result the food is made of well executed classic with time to time a nice spin (the green beans with pepper seasoning or the jalapeno cornbread)! In most case the dishes will be awesome and extremely good! However some of the dishes are plain ok and won't be the most exciting you get... But everything really taste good. The service is extremely detailed, efficient and kind. That modern touched mixed with family meal. The atmosphere is exactly seating in that odd space making it a very family friendly place but also the perfect spot to hang with the "bros". Beer is great. The price is fair and portion in accordance to other downtown Ann Arbor location. Service is efficient and there is many table making rare to find a seat. Five stars no complain.

Menu is limited but good. We did the combo plater where you can pick two meats and two sides. We got pulled pork, sausage, Mac n cheese and sweet potato fries. As an appetizer we got fire pickles and onions. Everything was good but not amazing. Might go again. They have a mug club and rotating cocktails.

Edit: 09-21-22 Service was not as good this time. I asked for another pint of my mango wheat beer but nope I never came. I asked for regular fries for my Philly but nope I got the chip style potato instead. The waiter/tres did give me the regular fries after I asked. So yeah, I guess it's not too bad but I'm taking my rating down to 4 stars. ------------------------ Awesome barbecue house and brewery. Went there for the first time unplanned after checking out U of M. Never heard of this restaurant before but my daughter thought the menu on Google looked good. She was right. I like their beer too. Will come back there for sure if we're around the area... Edit. Came here for the 3rd time. Food is still great and I tried the Blood Orange Ginger Wheat beer, it was great.

Hello Kalin, Reservations can be made (with exceptions for certain holidays and other events like Graduations and such) for parties of 6 or larger. If you have any questions please give us a call! Thanks, Team @ Blue Tractor
Yes, tables on the sidewalk and in the parking spots out front. Maybe 10 tables or so
Some combo plates are large. You could get a couple and share.
I don't treatment any signage. One way or the other. There is no outside seating, so I would guess non service dogs would not be allowed inside.
Definitely take reservations for parties of 12 just call a day before.
I believe when we were there there was another group that had their dog.
This is definitely a kid-friendly establishment; lots of high chairs and booster seats available with a standard kids' menu (but what kid wouldn't want the BBQ anyway?). Ample seating available for aforementioned high seats and boosters.
