We entered our room to find dirt and hair all over the floor, like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. All of the pillows were lumpy and the sheets didn’t feel clean. The chair that was in the room had stains all over the seat. The room was way overpriced for the cleanliness and setup. The water was horrendous. When I brushed my teeth you could taste chemicals in the water. The pool was nothing spectacular as advertised. The breakfast was also nothing special. Cold eggs and sausage that you heat yourself in a cheap microwave. The coffee dispensers provided coffee with grounds and horrible flavor. All of the items were low. Staff that was supposed to be helping with breakfast was sitting watching tv and drinking coffee. When we checked out it took 5 minuets for the front desk manager to show up while other staff aimlessly walked around the lobby laughing and joking around. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Horrible! Broken curtain on 1st floor means no privacy. Dehumidifier running in the room means that there were flooding issues prior to our arrival. Because of that the fake wood/tile floors were icky to walk on in bare feet. Fan in bathroom didn't clear any steam. Continental breakfast was unwrap your own sausage and eggs and nuke them yourself. For $100+ a night this was unacceptable. If it were not so late and if we had not been so tired I would have asked for another room or gone to another hotel.

When I pay almost $300 a night for a "suite", I expect the bed to have clean linens! I do not expect to get scowled at by the desk clerk for asking for Housekeeping to change them, nor do I expect a shrug when I request linens to change the bed myself, as Housekeeping had left for the day. The pool area was lovely. We did not have the complimentary breakfast either morning of our stay, so I cannot comment on it. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER PLACES TO STAY IN THIS AREA, PICK A DIFFERENT ONE!

The rooms are fairly clean but the beds are not comfortable. The pool area was so hot there was no way to use it but this may be due to the extreme heat outside currently. The free continental breakfast is not sufficient unless toast, waffle, or bagels are your things. Normally, we can find scrambled or boiled eggs for some protein but not here. It's directly behind a Popeyes so you unfortunately get to smell the wonderful grease fast food smell when you walk in. Thankfully, it isn't smelling in the rooms. Overall, the hotel could use an update in many areas but it's sufficient.
