Rude !!! The lady that called me on 9/26/22 at 10:42am regarding my package that was lost due to their FAULT was super rude. How does the 1800- customer service and the headquarters at Philly was able to track my package and she wasn't!!! Learn how to talk to your customers, you're condescending, Rude and very impolite. I could've went without speaking with you today!! Everyone else was nice, and helpful throughout this process and here you come being grumpy and rude. Don't take your issues and problems out on others. Treat people with respect!!!!

Less busy than other USPS in the area (usually) but not sure they have a "quick help" kiosk.

Not a bad place. The building is beautiful, some staff are friendlier than others but all in all I don’t mind visiting this post office (which I do almost daily for work stuff.)

Go online to usps.com and fill out the form or go to thd post office with two forms of id one with your picture on it.
Makes no difference in speed. They all go to the same place and then, well, who knows.
Go in to the desk and ask for a change of address slip. They will walk you thru it. The ladies are usually very nice
You can't, that goes to the "dead letters". You will have to call who you were going to send to see if they can forward the correspondence
