Ordered a custom maple butcher block countertop from them and I could not be happier with the turn out. You can tell the piece was made with pride. A lot of the communication was done through email with Bonnie. I told her exactly what I wanted, she answered any questions I had, and noted any modifications. When my product was finished, she emailed and called me to let me know. I was able to pick it up the next day. Upon arrival I was very impressed with their set up and they were even following mask protocol because of Covid. Bonnie showed me to the office to pay my invoice and then Bill helped me load up my SUV. If you are in need of any type of woodwork I highly recommend B&B Heartwoods! They really know what they are doing and I promise they will not disappoint.
