I would like to point out " owners responses " in an effort to help bussiness. I always review businesses before using them- when a business owner tries to make a customer's issue look like their fault and defend themselves only, I will not do business with them. I totally understand you can't please everybody - customers can be a pain. That doesn't make any given customer's complaint not valid, particularly when the complaint is reasonable, detailed and not rude. There's a difference between rude and frusterated. Non defensive communication with a customer to help fix services will only bring you more business.

This company excels at both their craft and customer service. Pricing is very fair for the quality product received, and the pick-up & delivery feature is handy. We’ve sourced two projects to them and will do more. Rebuilt these 30 year old dining chair cushions. - so nice!

I brought in a couch cushion that was from my mom who has passed. Lots of child hood memories . My dog tore it last year. I brought down the cushion and fabric from the arm rest. I showed and explained what I wanted done. They gave me the price . When picking it up today I was disapointed in the repair. I did not get what I asked for. They only repaired part of it. I got a piece mealed job. The nap runs two different directions. I called talked with John, he tells me the repairer uses as little material as possible when doing repairs I'm paying for his time. I said I was paying for what I requested done. His attitude oh well. He did not even offer to make it right. I will not ever go back to such a poor establishment. They do what the want not what the customer asked for. Was of $150 for a simple fix wast of what little material I ever have available. I just wanted the repair back to original look not a piece meal job. I could have done better my self.

Depending upon fabric selection and any foundation repairs needed, such as new foam, spring/web repair, wood work, etc, a chaise ranges in price from $850-2000.
We agree with Kathy's answer to your question. It's definitely worth it if you have good solid furniture. We can replace the foam, fabric and do any repairs needed to make your sofa and love seat sit and look like new again.
