Today they lost our business. Sure, it's a bit pricey, the young women at the checkout can be a bit rude, and you have to watch expiration dates, but we shopped here often, as this market is convenient and has a nice selection. We bought all our flowers here in the spring as well. Sadly, though, we will not be returning. I had a full customer loyalty card I was told by one of the cashiers would be honored (A $20 gift certificate was my promised reward) on my next trip, though the owners recently changed. Went there today to do our shopping and redeem my reward, but was told that this would no longer be honored. They could, however, sign me up for their new program, where the points I had earned would be put toward an eventual $5 discount when I rack up even more points. Goodbye. This is NOT how you treat local, loyal customers of many years. Sometimes, being cheap in the short run is not smart. That filled card meant someone shopped at this business faithfully over a period of time. I have been in retail management for decades, and know the value of loyal customers. New owners: For the what, $10 (if that) wholesale you saved by not honoring my filled card, you lost what I would have spent today, and many times in the future. I also will be telling all who will listen of my disappointing treatment here. One can assume they kept the business name to retain existing customers. Perhaps they should change it if they care so little.

Great store for quick stop for anything you need ,you definitely pay for the convenience. Been shopping here since I was a kid. I did buy one of those little .99 pies, now 1.29 and found mold inside it. They offered to exchange it , no thanks. ☹️
