Papa Johns delivered my order to my neighbor's house over an hour after I ordered. They didn't even leave a receipt for the neighbor's kids to bring to me. This isn't the first time they've screwed up an order either. When I contacted customer service they didn't do anything at all. Thank you for a terrible experience.

If I could give them no stars I would. We called and needed to speak with a manager about an issue with the food. They said they would re make it and we noticed one was a small we ordered a medium we called back just to let them know. We got rudely told “your pizza is being re made” they set the phone down as we’re talking and hung up. So we called back to see what’s going on and they hung up a second time. If you want a soggy diaper pizza, or get a small when your ordered a medium go right ahead.

Has gone extremely downhill within the last 2 months. We've had items burnt, items missing, sauce is not with an order(constantly). Attitude from delivery drivers. Today was the final straw you can easily tell Papadia was hanging on for dear life as it was cooking off the rack. Few pieces of meat and a couple pieces of vegetable is all that made it through that one. They also tried to cut the dang thing into triangles. Yet they remembered the sauces this time.

small and burnt. I ordered a large and got a personal. When I called the store they said their gluten free only comes in a small but when you go through the menus it let's you choose a large. I called and asked for large and all they could do is send the same thing instead of fixing my order and the website They also burnt it. I knew I should of waited and got Dions Pizza. I won't be ordering again from them. They also say no contact and I asked for the pizza to be left at the door, They still rang the door bell and stood there handing my pizza to me a 2 feet away. SMH
