I came here for a favor order. There were 2 coffees and 5 food items. They were out of 4 of the 5 food items. Only giving 2 stars because they offered adequate substitutions for the missing items.

I frequently use this location after my morning workouts. The coffee is always amazing and the service is awesome. This is my favorite location to visit in Corpus. The gentleman who helped me today was awesome as well. Didn't catch his name but he is great!!!

No one answers the phone! Even had to call another Starbucks to try and get a hold of someone at this location and she informed me that "they never answer their phone" how is that good business??? I went through the drive thru and accidentally left my card. I noticed when I got home 30/40 minutes later. Called to make sure it was there so I wouldn't have to make the drive back but no answer, for 2 hours I tried. Guess I'll be making the drive tomorrow morning along with a complaint about poor service.

Today during the cold snap stopped in to take a conference video chat and get me some hot chocolate…. Well let me tell you…. Ordered on the mobile app a Grande Toasted White Hot Chocolate with cinnamon and spiced apple drizzle made with soy instead of milk… Wow I was taken back I drank it slow because it was so great I never wanted it to end. Hot and fresh it was like Christmas in your mouth!!! When I went to say thank you to the Barista whom made it she was so taken back she made me another one!!!! I cannot say how amazing the staff and cleanliness is it’s just outstanding!!! Normally I don’t do corporate places but I couldn’t resist this needed to be shared!!! This is such an amazing location and the staff actually are kind and friendly! I felt somewhat at home and the most comfortable I have ever been at a Starbucks!!! So to all the staff and to the one who made me an extra…. Thank you so much from The Traveling Truck Show your Host Superman!!! Aka Kristopher M.F. McCoy!!! ThaNks a Million:)
