Purchased item from this seller on eBay and it didn’t fit so returned it to seller. Seller kept my item and didn’t issue refund (even after sending them copy of ups shipment receipt with tracking number). Apparently they get so many returns they can’t keep track of them and just kept my item (and likely resold) without issuing me a refund.

Hi Rebecca, no we are not a consignment shop. We stock mainly new items and also have a consignment section for convenience. If customers decide, they can donate their consignment items, and we send them to multiple therapeutic riding centers in the area. Hope that answers your question! Thanks.
