If I could, I would give them "0" stars. This is THE WORST PLACE EVER, who have no clue what the customer service is. They don't care about anything besides your credit card number. There are dozens of similar places in Michigan, and if you have a chance, don't make the same mistake as all of those people, including myself, who left those 1-star reviews, and stay away from them, or you will be sorry later on. Because once all the paperwork with American Interlock is done, it is too much of a headache to go and start the whole process all over again with different Monitoring Service.

We have many programs in multiple states, Michael. You can refer to your participation agreement for all your rules and guidelines with our company but you will also have to reference your court’s or Agency’s rules and guidelines as well.
My big issue is the install was horrible. They completely destroyed my brand ne trucks steering column when doing the install.
Call the Royal oak location
Press button on machine. Wait until it says “Blow”, then blow into it and as your blowing, blow out for a few seconds (3-4 beeps), then catch your breathe very shortly, but do not take your mouth off the tube and then blow again for about 3-4 beats. You will here the machine beeping as your blowing. 1. Press button 2. Wait until it says Blow 3. Start blowing with your mouth shut tight all around the tube for about 3-4 beeps. 4. As your starting to run out of breathe, catch your breathe for a second without moving your mouth off the tube, and keep mouth closed tightly still around mouth piece. Continue blowing for about 3-4 beeps 5. When you hear the louder beep after the 3-4 beeps. Take mouth off of tube. 6. Wait until machine says start car. 7. Start car and don’t drink and drive.😀
