Burrata was good. Pizza was super cheesy, the crust was such a thin consistency. It reminded me of eating a quesadilla, not really the vibe you want when craving pizza. It had meatballs on it but very thin, bland pieces of meatballs, and at $18 again not worth the price. Typical Long Island restaurant, all flair, no substance.

My friends have been raving about Barrique for months now, so when I was out and about with my regular dinner partner, I finally decided to bite the bullet and go. I am so happy I did! When we arrived, the place was packed, but the host said we could be served right away if we sat at the bar. So, we did just that and were immediately attended to. Our bartenders/servers catered to our every need. Wine recommendations? Got them. Room temperature too hot? Lowered. Food orders? Arrived almost immediately. And the food and drink themselves were fantastic: Clever and attractively presented dishes paired with well-chosen wine made dinner not merely an experience in the moment but a memory that is pleasurable to think back to. I will most definitely be back to Barrique — hopefully for brunch!!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time! Make sure to get there a little early before your reservation because parking can be tricky or you can park in the municipal lot a few blocks away. The service was fabulous and we opted to sit outside in the alley which is a little odd but was great because it was such a beautiful night. It was also better so that we could hear each other. Everything we had was delicious! The appetizers to dessert...just fabulous!
