took my ps3 there April 19th 2022. It’s now June 23rd 2022. Called several times with no answer and showed up to the shop but its always closed despite it being business hours. They’d told me it’d only take a week but it has been over 2 MONTHS. I couldn’t get ahold of them at all and tried multiple times over several days. My friend called from a different phone number today (after I already tried and got sent to voicemail) and low & behold they answer HIS call. So, seems like they’re avoiding answering my #.. They told him they haven’t even started on it and it’d “be another week at least because they're waiting on parts” :) I don’t mind that it’s taken so long (i guess) I’m totally over the ZERO communication and ZERO effort to communicate. Just going to end up picking it up and taking it somewhere else.

I ordered a screen for my phone to have them replace it and paid there deposit for it. If the screen never came in and they will not refund my deposit. Don't wait you're time with this place they will take your money and waste your time.

I took my fit bit there to help me get it connected with my phone. My phone is 6 yrs. Old. It old. Getting new phone from them. Very friendly and helpful. I tried calling them. Have couple questions. Couldn't get a hold of anyone.

I've been going here for years and have had absolutely no problem they always do good work for a fair price and in a decent amount of time. But lately whenever I try to call nobody answers and I've tried to go by the store and it doesn't appear to be open. I haven't seen anywhere that it's permanently closed but I'm starting to worry.

You have to keep calling, they don't seem to contact you. They could be better with communication
