I hate them. They delivered a very expensive package to my vacant apartment despite having my forwarding address on file for well over a month, and now it’s locked and I have to wait till Monday to even attempt to get it because they’re closed. What kind of morons work here. The lady at the desk is always nice and helpful but her delivery drivers need to be fired.

Questions & Answers

Why is there NEVER a response to a postal verification in order for our law office to serve a summons? Also, why is there a 40 minute wait on the phone to call this post office. Business people don't have time for this incompetence!

How am I supposed to pick up my mail when the hours of operation are within the time I work? No weekend hours is a joke.
