Rib Line shares it's space with Mongo's Saloon (bar). It is the old Mongo's Restaurant that was there years ago. Rib Line is newer than Mongo's but there you go. The food at Rib Line is rather expensive for the budget minded. A regular "Rib Line Meal" is $25. That included 5 slices of Tri Tip (seasoned and cooked beautifully), a tiny salad, corn bread and cinnamon butter, and a side. My boyfriend chose beans and they were Boston Baked beans or BBQ style. Sweet and tangy and delicious and addictive. I ordered the $18 Cobb Salad. I was ticked off that my salad cost that much, then I opened it. This salad weighed at least 4lbs. I had at least 2 chicken breasts, bbqed and cut up on top, at least a half an avocado, tons of Bleu cheese, tons of grape tomatoes and many other veggies plus an entire boiled egg! This was dinner, lunch and dinner the next evening for me. I then had to toss the rest because it tasted like the package it was in. On the scale of 1-10 chart, it was a 13!!!!! Rib Line is amazing! We'll go back when we have more money.

Sorry but here is good example of pics lie. Let’s start with the service there is none not once where we ask how the food was or if we need anything else . Second I know it hard to serve fresh bbq but that’s no reason to serve over heated tri tip. Second bake potatoes under cooked set back second order brought out and the server has the nerve too say hope these are cooked ? Really anyways second round of baked potatoes more under cooked than the first . Save your self 120 plus and find a different place too eat. Also don’t bother talking to manger he looked at in the eye as I told him the problems no one how can I help or let talk to the cook just an ok as he turned around and made sure we knew we had just be blown off
