Simply put the season for growing corn is over and they have picked it all. All produce farms plant what they think they will sell. Somtimes mother nature has its own plan. Which can speed up or slow down growth. Making some years make the corn last longer. But usually sweet corn runs out in the state of Utah give or take 4 weeks about now. The sweet corn you find in large stores is from other regions of the United States from here on until next mid of July start of August. Hope this helps
Hi, I’m sorry I don’t know which place you’re referencing. There is wild asparagus that grows all over the area but I don’t know of a central location or farmer that specializes in growing it.
